长岭火山岩气藏高温低浓度低伤害压裂液研究

中文摘要:火山岩储层与砂岩储层有显著区别,是近年来倍受关注的特殊新型储层。针对长岭火山岩气藏储层埋藏深、地层温度高、粘土矿物含量高的特点,分析其对压裂液的特殊要求,通过实验优化确定了稠化剂、有机硼延缓交联剂、前置液使用的有机防膨剂表面活性剂,特别确定使用螯合剂降低地层流体与外来流体不配伍造成的地层伤害,采用胶囊分段破胶技术降低压裂液浓缩伤害,获得了火山岩气藏压裂液配方。实验室评价表明:该压裂液体系抗温抗剪切能力强、破胶彻底、与火层岩储层矿物和地层水配伍,岩心渗透率伤害率小于15%,其摩阻系数可以降到清水的60%。该压裂液在长岭火山岩气藏得到了成功应用。
英文摘要: 

There is an obvious difference between volcanic reservoirs and sandstone reservoirs. Moreover, volcanic rock becomes a new and special reservoir attracted more and more attention. Volcanic gas reservoirs in Changling are characterized by deep burial depth, high temperature and rich clay mineral. So, the fracturing fluid used in this reservoir is very special. In this paper, the thickener, organic-boron delay-crosslinking polymer and organic anti-swelling surfactant used for pad fluid have been determined by an optimized experiment. In particular, to use the chelating agent to reduce formation damage caused by an inconsistence of both formation fluid and extraneous fluid, and to use the capsule segmentation gel breaking technology to reduce damage from fracturing-fluid concentration. And the formula of fracturing fluid used in volcanic gas reservoirs is obtained. Experimental evaluation illustrates that this fracturing fluid is featured by strong anti-temperature and anti-shear capacity, fully gel breaking, consistence of both reservoir mineral and formation water, less than 15 percent of core permeability damage ratio. Additionally, its friction coefficient can reduce to 60 percent of pure water. In general, the fracturing fluid has been applied to volcanic gas reservoirs successfully in Changling.
