中文摘要:    延安气田具有低孔、低渗、低压等特点。气田无边底水,气井产水主要来自层内可动水和凝析水。随着气田不断开发,气井积液日益加剧,水淹井逐渐增多,严重影响气井正常生产。为探寻适用于延安气田的排水采气工艺及管理体系,基于已开发区块的气藏地质研究情况以及现场生产数据,应用:①对李闽模型进行修正,得到气井临界携液流速(流量)计算公式,并结合动能因子研究形成气井积液判断依据;②结合近年现场排水采气工艺的应用实践情况,综合分析各排水采气工艺的原理和应用效果,提出以“泡沫排水采气为主,多元复合排水采气为辅”的排水采气体系;③通过对现场管理模式的分析探索,提出“气藏地质综合研究+ 单井动态精准跟踪+ 现场作业准确规范+ 工艺设备自动一体化”的排水采气精细化管理体系,有效地指导了延安气田排水采气工艺技术的实施与实践。
英文摘要:    In Yan'an gasfield without edge or bottom water, also characterized by low porosity, permeability, and pressure, water produced from gas wells often belongs to mobile or condensate water inside reservoirs. With its continuous development, much liquid loading in gas wells gets severe and water-flooded wells increase, which impact a normal production seriously. In order to search for several drainage gas recovery technologies and management system suitable for this field, we carried out some studies based on geological research and production data of some gas reservoirs in developed blocks, including (1) the Li Min model was modified, the formula for calculating the critical liquid-carrying velocity (flow rate) was established, and combined with many studies on kinetic energy factor, one criterion to discrimine liquid loading in a gas well was prepared; (2) based on an application of drainage gas recovery technologies in recent years, the principles and application effects of all technologies were analyzed comprehensively, and one system with foam drainage gas recovery as the main and multi-element combined drainage gas recovery as the auxiliary was proposed; and (3) after analyzing field management mode, a fine management system of drainage gas recovery was put forward, i.e., comprehensive geological researches on gas reservoir + precise tracking on single-well performance + accurate regulation of field operation + automatic integration of process equipment, which may provide effective guidance for implementation and practice on drainage gas recover used in in Yan'an gasfield.
