中文摘要:油气生产区下沉式方井分布广泛,积水问题频发。经实地调研多个作业区方井积水治理现状,指出了人工抽排模式
的弊端,研制出一种符合油气生产现场特点的自动排水工艺装置,并提出方井积水整体治理方案。实践证明,整体治理方案合理
可行,方案中自动排水工艺装置的应用能很好地解决方井积水带来的衍生安全隐患,且该装置一次性投资小、运行平稳、维护工
作量小。整体治理方案可在各大油气田生产一线推广应用。
英文摘要:Abstract: Sinking quadrate wells are not only extensively distributed in oil and gas production areas but also often suffered
from water accumulation. In this study, some disadvantages of artificial pumping mode were found out by investigating water accumulation
control status. Then, an automatic drainage facility suitable for those production areas was developed, and an overall plan to
control water accumulation was proposed. It is practically proved that this plan is rational and feasible, and this facility may eliminate
potential safety hazards resulting from water accumulation. In addition, the drainage facility is advantageous with low investment, stable
operation, and small maintenance workload. The control plan can be extensively applied to all oil and gasfields.
