三筒取心技术在川南页岩气井的应用

于提高单次取心进尺,缩短取心周期,减少页岩层暴露后岩心在井内停留时间,提高岩心质量。但三筒取心存在取心工具井口组
合困难、长段岩心增加出心风险、取心筒稳定性差易扭断、取心参数优化困难、取心钻进时间长卡钻风险大等技术难题。使用取
心钻具组合优化、参数优化、钻头优选、堵心卡心预防、故障复杂预防处理等关键技术,在WY204 井现场试验12 d,3 趟钻完
成65 m 取心进尺任务,取心收获率99.77%,提升了川渝地区取心技术水平。

英文摘要:In southern Sichuan Basin, Longmaxi Formation is the main target to develop shale gas. The designed coring section in
this better shale formation is over 50 m long. The adoption of three-barrel coring is helpful to increase the coring footage in one trip,
shorten the coring period, reduce the core residence time in hole after shale exposure, and improve the core quality. However, there
are still some problems, containing that wellhead assembly of coring tools is difficult, long core is tripped out at more risks, the coring
barrel may be twisted off easily due to its poor stability, the optimization of coring parameters is hard, and the risk of pipe sticking is
high during long coring drilling. So, a series of key technologies were adopted to solve these problems, such as coring tool assemblage
optimization, parameter optimization, bit optimization, core blocking/sticking prevention, and complexity prevention and control. After
their 12-day application to WY204 well to recover cores with total length of 65 m in three trips, coring recovery achieved 99.77%,
also illustrating an improvement of coring capacity in Sichuan-Chongqing region.
