中文摘要:随着大牛地气田的不断开发,地层压力逐渐降低,部分低压低产井因井筒积液导致井口压力低于管网输气压力,很
多气井面临间歇生产甚至水淹停产。为维持气井的生产,现场通常采用站内地面放空的方式来扩大生产压差,提升气井激和能量
的方式来排出井筒积液。但放空的方式带来了天然气的浪费,并污染了环境。大牛地气田开展同步回转采气工艺试验,旨在解决
低压低产井的生产问题和减少天然气的排放。从同步回转采气工艺介绍、工艺适用条件、试验选井依据、工艺制度制定及优化方法、
效果评价等几个方面进行阐述,为该项工艺的后期应用和气田部分气井负压开采提供了工艺技术支撑。

英文摘要:With the continuous development, formation pressure of Daniudi Gas Field drops gradually; in some low-pressure and lowyield
wells, wellhead pressure is less than gas transmission pressure due to liquid loading; and many wells are likely to produce intermittently
or even stop producing due to water flooding. In order to maintain a normal production, surface blowdown is usually adopted
to increase both production-pressure difference and excitation energy of gas wells to discharge the loaded liquid. However, the blowdown
easily leads to natural-gas waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, the technology of synchronal rotary gas production was
tested to solve these problems and reduce gas emission for the low-pressure and low-yield wells. In this study, this technology was
presented from some aspects of principles, application conditions, well selection basis, system preparation and optimization, and effect
evaluation. Results obtained may provide technical support for its later application and negative-pressure production of some gas
wells.
