抗硫井下节流器在高石梯灯影组气藏含硫气井中的应用

中文摘要:高石梯气田灯影组气藏属高温、常压、中含硫、岩性-地层复合圈闭气藏。常规井下节流器的材质和结构已不能应用于中、高含硫气井。针对高石梯气田灯影组气藏的投产气井普遍现有高压高温、中含硫、井下垢物类型多、量大、形态复杂、投产时便要求下入井下节流器的应用环境,研制出适用于中、高含硫气井的抗硫井下节流器。在抗硫井下节流器前期应用中出现了密封失效、打捞头被掩埋、维护打捞困难等问题,后期在原有抗硫节流器的基础上进行了进一步的材质优选和结构优化设计,并在该气藏11口含硫气井开展了现场试验。现场应用表明:节流器性能稳定,可靠性高,节流降压效果明显,生产管线无水合物形成,节流器定期维护正常,气井均达到配产任务要求,实现了井下节流器核心技术目标。通过总结分析,初步形成了一套适合高石梯气田灯影组气藏复杂井况下井下节流器应用中问题诊断流程及应用优化方案,通过应用已产生良好的经济效益。
英文摘要:Dengying Formation gas reservoir in Gaoshiti gas field belongs to high temperature, normal pressure, medium sulfur and lithologic stratigraphic complex trap gas reservoir. The material and structure of conventional downhole choke can not be used in medium and high sulfur gas wells. The gas wells in Dengying Formation gas reservoir of Gaoshiti gas field generally have the application environment of high pressure and high temperature, medium sulfur content, many types of downhole scale, large amount, complex form, and requiring downhole choke when put into production. A sulfur resistant downhole choke suitable for medium and high sulfur gas wells is developed.In the early application of sulfur resistant downhole choke, there were some problems such as sealing failure, fishing neck being buried and difficult to maintain and salvage. In the later stage, further material optimization and structure optimization design were carried out on the basis of the original sulfur resistant choke, and field test was carried out in 11 sour gas wells in the gas reservoir. The field application shows that the performance of the choke is stable, the reliability is high, the effect of throttling and depressurization is obvious, the production pipeline is free of hydrate formation, the choke is maintained normally regularly, the gas wells meet the requirements of production allocation, and the core technical objectives of the downhole choke are achieved. Through summary and analysis, a set of problem diagnosis flow and application optimization scheme for downhole choke application under complex well conditions suitable for the gas reservoir has been preliminarily formed, and good economic benefits have been achieved through application.
