中文摘要:套管变形是制约四川盆地页岩气高效开发的工程难题。本文对长宁宁201井区67处套管变形点与256条裂缝带做相关性分析,并统计发生套管变形和未发生套管变形的裂缝带方位的分布规律。利用摩尔库伦准则分析这些裂缝带的力学活动性,并分析不同方位的裂缝带的滑动风险。研究结果表明:(1)裂缝带是套管变形的主控因素;(2)60º~90º和110º~120º方位的裂缝带容易引起套管变形,50º~70º方位的裂缝带相对不易引起套管变形;(3)力学活动性分析指出,高风险裂缝方位在74º~100º和130º~160º,中风险裂缝方位在64º~74º、100º~130º和160º~170 º,低风险裂缝方位在范围0º~64º和170º~180º,理论分析结果和现场统计结果基本一致,在理论上对现场统计结果给出了解释。该结果不仅论证了裂缝带是套管变形的地质原因,而且还为我们预测套管变形提供了一种可行的方法。
英文摘要:Casing deformation is an engineering problem which restricts the efficient development of shale gas in the Sichuan Basin. This paper analyzed the correlation between 67 casing deformation points and 256 fracture zones in Changning 201 wellfield, and made statistics of the distribution of the orientation of fracture zones which caused casing deformation or not. The Mohr-Coulomb criterion was used to analyze the stress state and the slip risk of these fracture zones. The results show that:(1)fracture zone is the main factor of causing casing deformation;(2)fracture zones with 60º ~ 90º and 110º ~ 120º orientation are likely to cause casing deformation, and fracture zones with 50º ~ 70º orientation are relatively less likely to cause casing deformation;(3)The analysis of stress state show that the orientation of high-risk fractures is 74º ~ 100º and 130º ~ 160º, the orientation of medium-risk fractures is 64º ~ 74º, 100º ~ 130º and 160º ~ 170 º, and the orientation of low-risk fractures is in the range of 0º ~ 64º and 170º ~ 180º. The theoretical results are basically consistent with the field statistical results. Thus it provides an explanation for the field statistical results in theory. The results not only show that the fracture zone is the geological factor of causing casing deformation, but also provide a feasible method for us to predict the casing deformation.
