中文摘要:四川八角场常采用大斜度定向井、水平井开发沙溪庙致密油气藏,油层套管固井存在下套管困难、上部地层易漏失、水泥浆与油基钻井液相容性差、套管居中度低等难点。通过推广应用井眼清洁、漂浮接箍、旋转下套管、微膨胀防漏防窜水泥浆、高效冲洗性隔离液、调整钻井液性能、活动套管、预应力固井等提高固井质量的技术措施,油层套管固井质量大幅度提高,为八角场沙溪庙致密气开发提供了技术支撑。实践证明,套管居中度低时,固井前活动套管并循环调整钻井液性能明显提高固井施工的顶替效率。新型漂浮接箍能减少下套管摩阻,有利于套管顺利下入到位,建议在长水平段的水平井中推广使用。
英文摘要:There are difficulty of running casing, possibility of leakage in shallow section, bad compatibility of slurry and oil based mud, low stand-off, while developing tight reservoirs of Shaximiao reservoir by high angle directional well and horizontal well. To improve the quality of well cementation, measures have been found out including Cleaning hole, float coupling, Rotating casing,anti-channeling & Anti-leakage cement slurry with micro-expanding, high-efficient flushing spacer, adjustment of drilling fluid ,moving casing ,pre-stress cementing technology after running casing. The cement quality has been improved greatly through the measures provided technical support for development of oil and gas of Shaximiao. It is proved by practice that displacement efficiency is improved distinctly through moving casing and adjusting drilling fluid after running casing when stand-off of casing is low. The new type of floating collar is recommended to be popularized in horizontal Wells with long horizontal sections due to reducing the friction of running casing and facilitating the smooth running of casing in place.
