涪陵页岩气田水平井产气剖面测井技术

中文摘要:摘要:涪陵页岩气田水平井具有水平段长、产量高的特点,为了解水平井各压裂段的动态产气能力、认识返排规律以及确定单井最佳生产工作制度,实现气田低成本高效开采,利用FSI流体扫描成像测井仪,采用牵引器或光纤连续油管输送工艺,在25口重点井中进行了连续产气剖面测井试验和资料解释评价研究。结果表明:牵引器或光纤连续油管能将测井仪器安全高效地输送至井底,满足测井施工要求;即使在同一口页岩气井的相同或相似层段,各压裂段的产气能力仍存在较大差别;C井在日产20×104m3的工作制度下,页岩气井滞留地层中压裂液无返排现象,而在日产30×104m3的工作制度下,滞留地层中压裂液返排量明显增加,并影响部分压裂段生产。研究成果被用来指导气田单井工作制度的制定,对国内外同类页岩气田开采具有重要指导意义和参考价值。
英文摘要:[Abstract] Fuling shale gas oilfield has features of long horizontal section and high production. In order to know the dynamic capacity of each fractured zone and determine the proper working system of a well to implement low-cost and high-efficiency development of the field, FSI gas production profile logging tool, which is conveyed by the tractor or optic fiber-coiled tube, has been used in 25 wells. The results show that the tractor or optic fiber-coiled tube can transmit the logging tool safely and efficiently to the bottom of a well and meet the need of operation; there is a great difference in gas production between the fractured zones even if in the same or similar shale gas layers; the formation fracturing fluid displacement of Well C increases greatly under the working system of 30×104m3/d compared with that of 20×104m3/d which has no fluid displacement. The research findings have been used to instruct determination of the working system of a single well in Fuling gas field. It is of significance and reference for the same kind shale gas development in China.
