中文摘要:高石001-X4井是四川高石梯灯影组储层的一口开发井,该储层裂缝发育、安全密度窗口窄,且硫化氢含量高,常规钻井钻遇裂缝后则会引发严重井漏、喷漏同存,造成井控风险,影响该井的油气勘探开发。本井应用精细控压钻井技术,在同一裸眼井段钻遇多个不同压力系数的溢漏显示层,通过合理压力控制,确保了钻井作业安全顺利进行,延长了钻井井段,增大了储层面积,提高了单井产量,取得良好应用效果,同时也为将来采用精细控压钻井技术开发高石梯灯影组储层总结了经验。
英文摘要:GS001-X4 is a development well of GaoShiTi DengYing layer in SiChuan. The crack is developed and the safe density window is narrow in the layer, so there will be heavy lost or kick-leak coexistence during conventional drilling. The hydrogen sulfide content is high, so the hazard of the well control is high, which will affect the process of oil & gas exploitation. So the Managed pressure drilling is applied in this well. When several gas layers were encountered during drilling, the problem of kick-leak coexistence was solved by pressure controlled reasonably and made sure the drilling safe and smooth. And the well productivity is elevated by adding the area of the layer. The lesson learned of Managed pressure drilling was obtained.
