中文摘要:近年来,致密砂岩油气已经成为美国、加拿大等能源大国主要油气来源,国内的鄂尔多斯盆地、川西、长庆西峰等油气藏均属于低孔、低渗透、致密油气藏。针对低渗透致密油气储层在压裂施工过程中使用的常规植物胶压裂液伤害严重,研制的新型多元共聚物压裂液体系残渣含量少、易破胶、返排彻底。压裂液体系的主材料稠化剂CH99通过引入磺酸抗盐单体和支链剂具有很强的耐剪切性能,溶解快速,便于现场配制,无残渣,对储层伤害小。在室内评价,完全能达到低渗透致密油气藏压裂施工要求。通过在鄂尔多斯盆地南部红河油田长8储层的现场应用表明,新型多元共聚物压裂液体系比常规压裂液携砂性能好,对地层伤害低,取得了很好的增产效果,为今后低渗致密油气田的开发提供很好的技术支撑。
英文摘要:In recent years, low permeability and dense sandstone oil and gas has become the main oil and gas source in the United States, Canada and some other energy Countries. In China, low porosity and low permeability, dense reservoirs include Ordos Basin, Western Sichuan Basin and Changqing Xifeng oil field. According to plant gum fracturing fluid serious injury when used during fracturing for the low permeability dense oil and gas reservoir, the developed new multi-copolymer fracturing fluid has low residue, easy to break the gel, fluid flow-back drastically. The main material of fracturing fluid system thickener CH99 was synthesized by introducing sulfonic acid of anti-salt monomer and branched agent, the CH99 has a strong resistance to shear performance, dissolved fast, easy site preparation, no residue of reservoir damage. In the laboratory evaluation, can meet the low permeability and dense oil and gas reservoir fracturing construction requirements completely. Through the field applications at the Chang 8 Reservoir in Red River oil filed in the southern part of the Ordos Basin, the new multi-copolymer fracturing fluid has better sand-carrying performance than conventional fracturing, and low formation reservoir damage, obtain good stimulation effect. Provide good technical support for the development of low permeability and dense oil and gas fields.
